Your tasks:
- Support for project management
- Event planning and realisation
- Creating schedules and work plans
- Travel planning and coordination
- Document management
- Calculation of project budgets and controlling
- Supplier management
- Keeping packing, material and requirements lists
- Communication with customers and processing enquiries
- Administration activities
- Booking and scheduling activities
- Managing cash balances and receipts
- Representing our brand and ensuring our premium standards are met
