Your skills
- You have a technical college entrance qualification or high school diploma
- You are naturally curious and enthusiastic
- You enjoy planning and organizing and keep your budget in mind
- You are a team player - you enjoy working in a team but can also take on tasks independently
- You are a doer - you enjoy organizing events and are open to new and challenging activities
- You enjoy interacting with people - your high service orientation, communication skills, and confident demeanor support you in this
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are not foreign words to you
- You have good English skills, both spoken and written
Your tasks
- With us, you will learn to plan and organize events and functions around international motorsport. You will be directly involved when the implementation takes place on-site, allowing you not only to follow your results but also to get to know the racetracks in Germany/Europe and possibly the world
- You will have direct contact with our customers and service partners and can contribute your own creativity and ideas
- In addition to professional office management, organizational and commercial tasks will be part of your responsibilities, such as budget planning or creating direction and schedule plans for events and functions
- Other areas: marketing departments, personnel management, event technology, our service departments
