Your tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Transporten für Teams und
- Ausrüstung auf der ganzen Welt
- Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Zollpapieren für
- Internationale Einsätze
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und Transportunternehmen weltweit, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten
- Mitarbeit bei der Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Sendungsverfolgung im internationalen Umfeld
- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung von Lieferterminen und bei der Lagerverwaltung vor Ort bei Events
- Pflege der Daten im Logistiksystem und Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Hilfe bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen und Zollpapieren
- Einblick in die Lagerverwaltung und Bestandskontrolle bei internationalen Motorsportveranstaltungen
