Event report
In 2024, the International Air Show in Berlin once again opened its doors to a global audience of experts and aviation enthusiasts. The latest, most spectacular and innovative aircraft from all over the world were on display for five days at the new Berlin BER.
We also had the special pleasure of being there with our AK GlassCube. For our customer Emirates, we were able to set up the unit >under< the vertical stabilizer of the world's largest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380. The unit was given an appropriate premium branding and functioned as a VIP lounge, where guests were welcomed with champagne and canapés and then toured the aircraft in small groups. The AK GlassCube was the perfect unit for this purpose, with all-round glazing providing an unobstructed view of the “plane” at all times. From the integrated bar, all guests from the worlds of business and politics were able to enjoy excellent refreshments and the integrated meeting room offered enough space for lively discussions. In addition, the rear part of the guest room was unobtrusively separated as a backstage and lounge area for the cabin crew. It was a wonderful event for everyone involved, with many exciting experiences and an international audience.
