At large-scale events, space is limited, and conference and meeting rooms are in high demand. So why not bring your own conference room with you? It's easier than it may sound! With our Expandable Single in the "Office Setup," we were able to create the TP Business Lounge for our client, Sonic Sales Support GmbH, at IFA Berlin 2023. Our team set up the weather-resistant and fully air-conditioned module in just one afternoon. Additionally, two pagoda tents were added, serving as a back office and catering kitchen.
For B2B discussions, guests had the choice to take a seat in the stylishly furnished interior or, in good weather, to use the module's outdoor terrace. It's worth mentioning that all equipment and materials were cost-effectively transported inside the module to the event venue, and the setup was realized with just two technicians. The Expandable Single once again excelled in efficiency and sustainability in this project.
