A Glimpse into the Mobility of the Future

Future readiness, innovation and sustainability are among the defining topics of our time. That is why we are proud to contribute to shaping the future in this field as well. In autumn 2024, we embarked on an extensive roadshow across Europe on behalf of our client Knorr-Bremse.

The journey began immediately after the IAA Transportation trade fair in Hanover. On board was the exhibition showcasing the technologies of the future, including the next generation of vehicle components that had already been presented in eila modules during the exhibition. For this purpose, our Expandable Touchdown received a striking, tailor-made exterior design. Many interior elements from the trade fair stand were adapted and reused in a new configuration. The setup was complemented by a catering area with fully automatic coffee machines and a beverage buffet. In addition, the interior was designed so that all exhibits – including several particularly heavy components – as well as the media equipment could be handled by just one member of staff. On behalf of our client, the roadshow took us to commercial vehicle manufacturers across Europe. As always, route planning and setup coordination were managed by eila in close cooperation with the client's responsible department. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, the roadshow was even extended during the tour, adding three additional locations. For us, it was a particularly exciting project – not least because the vehicle components on display will also be integrated into eila vehicles in the near future.
