Roadshow in the DACH countries

An exciting roadshow led our eila team through the DACH countries in the fall of 2024. In line with the season, our partner Michelin presented the new Alpine7 winter tire to an interested professional audience.

Our Expandable Single was equipped for this purpose in a conference setup for 26 guests, with historical and current merchandise items from the past 100 years presented in visually separated areas. However, the absolute highlight of the exhibition was the tire sculpture designed by eila, which was manufactured in record time using modern processing techniques. In the outdoor area of the hospitality, a modern and inviting lounge terrace complemented the overall picture. Various gamification activities were available to the audience, as well as an extensive catering offer. In the adjacent food truck, we prepared fresh meals live daily, including an extensive beverage selection and Eila barista coffee at the push of a button. The candy bar and individually assembled goody bags ensured a successful conclusion.

As part of the roadshow, eila took over not only the conception, branding, interior design, catering, logistics, and customs clearance but also the extensive location scouting for all eleven locations according to customer specifications. All of eila's competencies were precisely deployed to successfully bring an extraordinary roadshow to the streets with only six weeks of preparation time.
